Mama’s Fish House was the plan for today. We stopped at the cinnamon roll place for a light snack on they way. I’d show you a picture but mom was to busy eating it to take a picture. Maybe if we go again.
We hung out at the beach before we went to lunch. We saw turtles all over when we got out of the car and there was even one in the area where we were swimming. These were from up on the cliff near the parking spot. If you look close there are actually some under water too.
Mom was super proud of me because I tried snorkeling and did a good job!
Grandpa even went out in the water with me.
This was the cliff on the other side of the beach.
There were little fish swimming near the edge.
There was shade for Grandma and Diane.
Shell collecting for the kids.
Lunch was amazing. Mom had lobster and crab stuffed uku.
Autumn had kalua pork. I sat at another table so my lunch didn’t get a picture.
AND then there was dessert. Lilikoi creme brûlée for Mom.
Chocolate pie for the kids. BEFORE
AFTER
After lunch we headed back to the hotel for more beach fun.
This was mom’s view from our patio before she came to the beach.
Allie and Bryce checking out the waves.
The cinnamon rolls I was telling you about earlier.
The kids went on a frog hunt but Mom, Allie, Kevin, and Diane went to Da Kitchen. Got enough spam musubi Allie?
Kevin, you really needed teriyaki chicken, teriyaki beef, AND chicken katsu with your rice and mac salad?!
