Yesterday we went to the Nature and Science museum with some other kids in the Mom’s group. We spent most of the time in the Discovery room for kids. First we made a butterfly. You color the coffee filter and the helper sprayed them with water. Then she wrapped a pipe cleaner around the middle for the body.
We also colored snakes and listened to stories. Autumn was checking her senses. She smelled the container than tried to find the picture that matched the smell.
We built towers with the blocks.
We dug for bones.

But the best part was the gigantic fan and the cloths. We were supposed to see which one flew the highest, but it was more fun to watch the fly up and float down. Sometimes they landed on out heads!
It was a really fun day. I hope we go back soon.
