Autumn & Kalina

Happy birthday Autumn!  On Sunday we had family over for Autumn’s birthday.  She turned 4.  She chose a castle cake and pizza for lunch.  This was her cake before she added the flowers.

Later she and Grandma added the flowers to make it pretty.

This is the soft princess blanket from Doug.  Everyone had to feel it, and now she uses that instead of her Bronco blankie!

Jackie made her a special apple pie.  It didn’t have a top crust since Autumn doesn’t really like crust.

Today we went to Denver Equestrians and had a horse riding lesson.  Grandma gave that to use for a birthday present.  We got to learn about taking care of them, brushing them, taking care of their hooves, and how to put on the saddle.

First you have to put on your helmet.

Autumn took care of Bella.

I helped take care of Marley.  I found out that Marley had a twin sister named Georgia.

Off we go to the riding arena.

This was Disneyland day with Allie and Kevin.  (after they woke up and caught up with us that is)

Mommy missed this Lego sculpture the other day.

On our way into the park we stopped for breakfast at Jamba Juice.

We went to California Adventure first so that we could get a Fast Pass for Allie to see the Color Show.  We stopped for a few pictures near the Soaring over California ride.

Then off to the Ariel ride-AGAIN!  Autumn went to the Ariel store and chose and Ariel and Flounder stuffed animal for her souvenir.  Ariel was swimming around with Autumn.

Mommy, Grandpa, and I went on the sliding car on the ferris wheel.  We were soooooo high up!  Can you see Grandma and Autumn waiting down there for us?

Autumn REALLY wanted a face paint and we had to wait for them to open.  When they finally opened, Autumn went first.

Autumn also REALLY wanted a hot dog, and she FINALLY got one after they opened!

Allie and Kevin met us and Allie and I went on the Ariel ride AGAIN!  Then we went to Radiator Springs so they could ride that ride.

This was the fountain on our way to Disneyland.

Allie really, really, really wanted to take us on the Tea Cups.  I think after riding it, she’s just too old to do those spinny rides.  We wanted to go again, but she didn’t!

Autumn says “Whoa, I’m sooo dizzy!”

Later we caught this Mickey show.  Look at the people dancing in the bubbles!

I finally got Allie to ride on the Gadget roller coaster with me.  Wheeee!
