We had to get up super early to get on the airplane.  Autumn sat with Mommy and I say like a big girl in the row behind them.

As soon as we got to the hotel we wanted to go and check out the beach.  We played at the edge for awhile and then decided to change and really get wet!  I had a little issue not listening so I had a short time out on the towel, but then I got to play.

Later Grandma and Grandpa got to the hotel and then Ry, Bryce, Jeff, and Cait got there.  We went and had dinner at Duke’s but after Grandpa and I headed to the lobby to watch some hula dancers.  I got to learn a dance with the little girls.  They even gave me a lei!

While we watched the dancers, the kids went down to the beach.

By the time we got back to the room everyone was exhausted.  It was sooooo late!  Autumn was asleep by 7:20pm!

The next day we were up and out of the room by 7am.  We walked down to Kalapaki Beach Hut for breakfast and smoothies.

We got Grandma a newspaper at the ABC store and on the way to the beach we found Jeff, Cait, Bryce and Ry.  We decided to go to the room and get our suits on and meet them at the beach.

See the green turtle?  If you look back on visits to Hawaii in 2012 and 2011 you’d see the turtle in pictures too.  Every trip Grandpa packs it in his suitcase for us!  I was a little worried about riding it in the ocean at first, but you can see that it ended up being lots of fun!

Bryce can’t ride the turtle yet, but he can hang out in his tent!

Kids turn!  They liked it too.

I waited my turn by sitting on the beach.

Wheeeeee!

Time to head to the pool!  Time for the “3 kids on the turtle” picture.

It’s been nice weather with some rain storms here and there.  The difference is that when it rains here it can stop after a few minutes and there’s no hail or tornadoes to worry about!
