Yesterday was very exciting. Grandma came over and we tried ice together. She was trying to make my gums feel better because there’s a tooth coming sometime.

Later, at night, Mom and Dad let me practice eating. I tried rice cereal, but I still need to practice swallowing. My tongue just keeps pushing the stuff out instead of making it go down!

We all went to San Luis Obispo last weekend for Mother’s day. I had lots of fun while we were there. Dad got to golf on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Mom and I hung out with everyone.

I helped dad find his golf courses.

Here I am sleeping in my pillow fortress at the hotel, and another fortress on the couch.

Friday night Caitlin and I played “Super Hero Kalina”. I had a cape and flew all around. (Well, until Auntie Caitlin’s arms got tired!) Then I barfed a little on their counter-Oops!

On Saturday I was playing with auntie Caitlin. My feet left footprints on their table.

Then people started taking off my clothes and my diaper. Trouble if you ask me! As you can imagine, I had a little accident on the table.

I got cleaned off, but this isn’t what I’m used too.

Now this is more like it! Time to dry me off.

Here’s one of my new hats, and I even got to go on a walk with Grandpa.

Yesterday I went and picked up my new helmet. It’s going to help make my head nice and round. I don’t really notice when I’m wearing it, but it does make my head sweaty! I’ll probably wear it for at least 3 months, and I have to wear it 23 hours a day. (What a girl does for beauty!) I think learning to sleep in it might be a little hard, but we’ll see. I don’t have to sleep in it until Friday.

These pictures were in the morning. Mom and I went and bought some more stickers. Here’s what it looks like now. I got bling-my name is made with crystal letters!

These are pictures of my new friend, Trixie the turtle. Dad and I made her at Build-A-Bear last weekend. Here she’s wearing her fancy dress.

I’m good at giving hugs.

Where’d you go?

Let me tell you all about the things I know.

We’re having fun now!

Later, I practiced standing on the couch. This standing stuff is easy Mom and Dad! You just gotta lean on something.
